Matt came by to check out our recent but poorly installed HVAC/AC unit (family friend installed it) in our home that was causing many issues. Matt was extremely professional and detail-oriented. He generated and quickly acted on the solutions he presented. He said the air conditioner wasn't hooked up properly, surprised it worked.
