Joey from A-1 comfort heating and air provided me with exceptional customer service and quality work. We called him on Thursday night and early Friday morning he was at our home to fix our furnace which was not working. Our kids were freezing and it was definitely an emergency situation. Joey was able to identify the problem and fix our furnace after some brief trouble shooting. This is the type of service that we need and is really a rarity these days. Would highly recommend. Thank you again !
My mother needed a new furnace and AC because hers was very old and the ventilation that had previously been installed was done incorrectly. Joey and his team came in and not only fixed the errors made by the previous company but did it in a quick and efficient way. Through out the whole process Joey was very easy to communicate with, he responded to my calls and messages right away and let me know exactly when the work would be done and how long it would take. He also made sure to explain everything in detail so that I understood what the scope of work would be. Amazing customer service! Jose and his team did an outstanding job installing a new AC system. He was able to come out within a week and complete the install without any issues. The team was very clean with their work as well, huge plus. Before they left they checked my ducts and noticed some were disconnected and fixed the issue before leaving. 10/10 recommend their services for anyone looking for an honest HVAC company!
