The teams at Right Now made it happen from Wyatt coming out with immediate response to assess the Situation and Damage, the install Team Justin, Rocky and Bo cleaning, reinstalling and upgrading our HVAC system, Down to the ladies-in the office going to pick up our equipment the morning of to make sure our Job got completed on time so we could move back home ASAP. “This business is highly recommended. They installed a ac unit on top of my apartment which was 3 stories(a crane was used). The 3 men that were working were great (Jose, Aron, Gael). Jose was in charge of the crew and he was very well mannered and gave clear information on what the crew planned on doing. He was updating us as the day went on and answered any question I had. Everyone in the crew were very polite and asked for permission for every move they had to make. They all worked very hard from the time they got here until the end of the hot day 9-5. At the end Jose explained how the system works and set it up before he left. The workers made is very comfortable with them being here and it didn’t even seem like they were here all day. “Over the past two years we have used Accurate Air for quite a few updates to our older (1970's) home. In 2015, we had them put in a solar attic fan and a whole house fan. We couldn't be more thrilled with the whole house fan. We had an old, outdated, on it's last legs a/c and furnace and it was no longer cooling the upstairs. It was fine during the day when we were only downstairs, but at night when we would head upstairs to bed it was miserable before the whole house fan. That thing is amazing!! It draws in the cooler air from outside in the evenings and cools down the whole house in a matter of minutes. There are just a couple of days a year here in our climate that it doesn't work as well......those few days we inevitably have where it just won't cool down after sundown. But outside of that it's a lifesaver and has drastically changed the atmosphere of our home. So fast forward to summer of 2016.......a/c finally completely died. It wasn't really working that well to begin with, but it finally totally died. We decided to just finally replace the entire system which was overdue anyway. After asking many questions of Jeff, we decided on a 2 stage system to help with cooling our upstairs. Even though the whole house fan works awesome for the evenings, on really hot days over 100, during the day before we can turn the WH fan on, the upstairs was still miserable. Jeff explained how the 2 stage system worked and how it would help. Yes, it's a bit more money but when you are already spending that much, you may as well get what's going to really work the best for your house. We LOVE our new system!!! Best of all, looking on the PG&E website, I was able to see that on days where we ran our old unit, we were spending about $20 a day......now, when we run the new unit, we spend about $7 a day!!!! Holy moly, that's a savings of $13 a day!!! I calculated that in roughly 8 years or so the unit will have paid for itself! Sue guided us through the whole process of getting some rather nice PG&E rebates that made the whole thing a lot more affordable. And since it was such a great deal with the PG&E rebate we ended up doing some attic insulation as well. With the help of Accurate Air we have turned our old 70's home into an energy efficient home. It's even better when you get to pay a much smaller PG&E bill and be FAR more comfortable in your home at the same time!!“

They respond quickly, especially when the heat or cooling stops and there is an emergency situation.2. I find their HVAC service to be thorough, and I appreciate that often they can diagnose that a problem quickly because they are experienced.3. They are assertive with their work: they don't wait for something to break and an emergency to occur (though sometimes that occurs of course). “Steve came right out (ON A HOLIDAY) and within 30 minutes knew exactly what needed to be to be repaired. My AC unit is over 20 years old and I was concerned I'd have to buy a new one...Certified Comfort unfortunately got slammed by several bad and "FALSE" reviews. These guys have decades of experience and I HIGHLY recommend going with them before wasting your time and money on the "Big name AC HVAC companies" that would more than likely try telling you you'd have to buy a whole new HVAC system!
