In April of 2020 I had Dooleys replace the aging AC unit and hot water heater for my home, both probably 30 plus years old. After speaking with Tony and Aaron about the options of product type, reliability, how best these would work with my solar panels, short vs long term, etc, I chose the products that I wanted. They educated me, and allowed me to choose. No high pressure, sales stuff. The install was great. The team at Dooleys was courteous, used safety protocols (Covid), and communicated exactly what they were doing, where, etc. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves like they weren't even here. At the conclusion of the work being done, Tony and Aaron came to give a look over for both the installs, and make sure I knew the basics and operation of both of the new products and to address any questions or concerns I may have had. 2021 is here, my new units are working great, it was a great investment. Having a new hot water heater has definitely changed our living experience here (family of 5) . No more worries about being the 5th person in line to take a lukewarm or cold shower...haha! I've referred Dooleys to dozens of family members and friends. I've also used their team for replacement of old thermostats in years past, repairs, and cleaning the ducts and vents, especially the one from the dryer, and clearing all of the lint and other things that may get in there. Well worth it. Saving my pennies now to replace my other original AC unit and will surely be calling on Dooleys and their team for all my needs.
