No kidding FIVE stars. Wish I could give more. They were friendly, prompt, professional, and just nice guys. We're a retired couple and they fixed us up on a rainy, cold winter's day within HOURS after our central heat stopped working right. The trouble was that even as quick as they were, the heater seemed to have fixed itself by the time they got here, and it is difficult to fix what isn't broken! They cleaned up some stuff, fixed a kinked hose, and charged us (no kidding) next to nothing for the service.
