“Since I was going to replace my hardwood floor and heating system, I decided to give radiant heating a try. The regular HVAC companies in bay area don't even know what radiant heating is. So I gave up on them. And then I came across Innovative Radiant Heating. After contacting them through Yelp, we scheduled a free appointment to see if I can even get radiant heating installed in my home. So Ramnar showed up to my place and told me I can install radiant heating under my subfloor and I didn't even need to remove the existing hardwood floor. He told me he could set it up for me in one business week. He came to my plsvr with his colleague and set up the radiant heating on time as promised. Since my hardwood floor was pretty old, I got it replaced regardless. However, two of the pipes were damaged during that work. After my hardwood floor was installed, Ramnar came back to my place and identified all the leaks and fixed the damaged pipes very quickly. He's very knowledgeable and provided me all the information about the type of wood and underlayment that I needed to get the best heat out of my floor.

Matt came by to check out our recent but poorly installed HVAC/AC unit (family friend installed it) in our home that was causing many issues. Matt was extremely professional and detail-oriented. He generated and quickly acted on the solutions he presented. He said the air conditioner wasn't hooked up properly, surprised it worked. Matt went on top of the roof to cut a hole for the pipe ventilation (we had gas was coming into the house). Truly went the extra mile.

He squeezed us in his busy schedule and fixed all of our issues. He responded very quickly to all communication and informed us when he was on his way. It’s the little things that go a long way.

I came in with a part to replace after talking to them for a minute we came to the conclusion that part of the problem I was having fixing my dishwasher is that the person who lived in the house before me did a hatchet job. I watched YouTube videos before coming in because nothing in the videos seemed the same as what I was working with. An inexpensive kit that was cheaper than the one I was trying to replace and my dishwasher is Happy“

“We called D & K on a Thursday and Ron came the following day to check our AC as it seems like it wasn't blowing cold air. He diagnosed our system, replaced the schrader valves and added refrigerant. He was extremely professional, kind, friendly, mindful and engaging. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the AC unit. Ron gave my husband tips on making our AC not work harder such as using thinner filters, air purifier etc... He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system should work. An added bonus is that his price is very reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend D & K for your HVAC needs!“

“My furnace went out about a week ago, and I called Superior Mechanical based on a friend’s recommendation and they did NOT disappoint. Michael was so helpful and accommodating, and luckily got a technician to come to the house the next day, which is so rare these days! The tech put on booties without me having to ask and was polite and quick. Figured out what was wrong and surprisingly got it back up and running later that day.
