“This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had working out. David not only makes it enjoyable, but he pushes me to be the best version of myself every time I train with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always answering any questions I have about the workouts that we do, along with ensuring that I’m doing the workouts correctly (most trainers could care less, but not David!). Not only does he know what he’s doing, but he is by far one of the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The overall experience has been amazing, and I’ve seen big improvements in myself since I’ve started going. “I met both Dan & Matt at the CIM race convention. Dan helped stretch me out in 2022 and gave me some very helpful tips. Dan was super cool and patient. This past CIM in 2023 I had Matt and I told him about my chronic low back pain stemming from my pelvis. He assessed me and told me that it was most likely due to the way I sleep. He gave me a stretch routine and it has seriously been LIFE CHANGING! I do this stretch every morning before getting out of bed and it has eased all of my daily pain. “Body by Vlad was the best choice I made in my fitness journey. I never worked with a trainer before and was self conscious if we would be a good fit for the goals I have (finishing a marathon & getting in good shape). Linea my personal trainer is so fun and easy to work with she is very accommodating and super helpful with pointers and tips how to workout one set of muscles just by changing my form a bit. I enjoy every session with her. Vlad provided me with general guidelines for a meal plan and they are so versatile that it gives me a lot of room for creativity in making meals within portion size guidances. Also the fitness app that helps you follow a workout plan when you workout on your own is so helpful that it feels like the personal trainer is there with you! If you are doubting about getting a PT to help your fitness journey definitely get BodyByVlad you won’t look the same afterwards.“

“Soon into the pandemic my wife and I started to go to Casey for personal training. Well, my wife was the one putting in the work-out while I did light cardio and listened to Star Wars audiobooks. We were very comfortable with how clean the gym is and the level of attention it gets. Earlier this year I finally decided it was time and started my training. I've got some issues with my shoulder which made me a bit nervous about doing some things. I didn't need to worry, Casey expertly works around and through my issues. Casey is very knowledgeable and really very good at getting the most out of the work-out. I'm already seeing great results! Also, definitely check out his Recoup Room. There's a magic massage chair and other stuff that has totally helped me a few times with some lower back pain“

“Enjoyed my classes here, coaching was spot on, WODs were fun, good experience overall, a couple negatives were calendar was wrong one day, music was a little distasteful one day, and pricing for drop in was two different prices, but I’d give a five star if those few things weren’t there. Great equipment and friendly coaches and friendly athletes. I’d work out here again and recommend this gym. I would drop in here again next time I’m in town.“
