I have been a member of Coven fitness since July/August 2023. I have enjoyed every minute of the group class from 8:30am-9:30am MTWF, sharing space with some amazingly encouraging women from all walks of life. Nicole has been a guiding light and amazing trainer, helping me achieve my personal fitness/nutrition goals as well as life goals. Coven has been a home away from home and I can’t imagine my life without it.
