“Tom installed our whole house fan over 10 years ago. I noticed a squeaking when we first turned it on and should have called for a checkup at that time. Instead, I waited and then BOOM, the fan belt broke. I was shocked that Tom still owns the business and still does the installs and repairs. He came out and not only put on a new belt, but put on a new pully and a new controller that can be operated from your phone via Bluetooth. VERY COOL!!! Everything including the service call came out to less than $250 which I felt was well worth it, just to have our Whole House Fan up and running again.“

“I have hired Best Appliance to repair my refrigerator now 2 times over the years. They were recommended to me initially by the store where I purchased. Both Christina and Reagan, the phone staff, have always been, kind, patient and reassuring. My first introduction, in 2019, for repair, was an extremely knowledgeable man named Dennis. He identified and addressed my fridge problem immediately. Because of his skill, knowledge base and efficiency, I noted his name in my contacts to request in the future. The future arrived two weeks ago when I heard a whining sound from a 5yr old fridge. I called Best Appliance and requested Dennis, but was told he was too busy and they sent another from their staff. He identified my Freon needed to be replaced and did so. However, a 1/2hr after he completed this 2 and 1/2hr task the fridge exhibited a new non-stop knocking sound. It was loud and annoying to say the least. I called back Best and requested Dennis. I suspected because this knocking sound developed right after the Freon exchange, something had not been properly addressed. Dennis dropped by and identified the sound due to prior service person putting too much Freon in and identified an open line that should have been capped off. As a result, there was frost accruing inside the fridge mechanism. Dennis decreased the Freon level, capped the open line, recharged the unit and thankfully the knocking sound ceased :) I highly recommend Best Appliance and encourage anyone calling to request Dennis. He is extremely skilled and very knowledgable for which I am very grateful. Sorry Dennis, I realize you have more than enough work, but, I have to give you a big shout out and Much Gratitude from me!“
