Mac's Heating & Air
“Mac’s Plumbing was great! The air conditioner for our office failed on Monday. We had another company come out and said it needed a new capacitor, so we paid $600 to replace the capacitor but it didn’t work. I called Mac’s to come out for a second option Tuesday morning and spoke with Toni (she was really nice and helpful). She sent a senior technician , Ronnie, out that same afternoon. After Ronnie ran his tests, he gave us costs to repair or replace the unit. The unit was 12 years old and in really bad shape, it just made sense to replace it. Ronnie worked with our budget and we were able to come up with a very fair, reasonable price. After I approved the quote, their office called me (Bianey was the lady’s name, she was awesome) within an hour or two to let me know they had permits ordered and the equipment on hand and were ready to install the new system the next day! I was impressed with how quickly and frictionless the entire process was. The install crew (Austin and Shane) came out Wednesday morning and had everything installed and up and running before the end of the day. They did a phenomenal job. The entire Mac’s team was awesome! I highly recommend this company!”
