My employer referred me here, so I walked in on Tuesday at 3:30 PM. The whole thing took an hour after checking in. After filling out a brief form on your phone, my weight and blood pressure was measured. Then, I was taken to a room after 30 minutes. The physical was simple and quick, and I'm glad the process was painless. The room did get a bit stuffy inside, although it was cold outside. While I was waiting, I read the reviews and was worried I came at the wrong time, even though we were instructed by our company to come here. Very conveniently located, we were happy to discover that we could come here for VA urgent care without having to drive all the way to the VA in Long Beach. Parking was plentiful, which was another huge plus, anyone that has been to the VA knows how packed their lots can be. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The waiting room was spacious and clean. Fortunately we didn't have to wait very long and were taken back within 10-15 minutes of arriving. The nurse in the back was also friendly and the doctor came in within another 10-15 minutes. I had to wait in the waiting are for about 40 munutes before I was seen. I hado to fill out the same information about 3-4 times. Once all the testing was done, I had to wait about 50- 55 minutes before the doctor came in, just to say everything was good.I really think that this could be better planned. I've been out of physicals a lot faster than this.
