Feeling so grateful after this health-care visit. To Dr. Maribeth Ching and all the wonderful staff at optum in Montebello, your kindness and helpfulness is greatly appreciated. All patients are greeted with a positive attitude and in a respectful manner. I was seen quickly for my appointment. From my experience, I witnessed great customer service which provides good healthcare visit outcomes.

Optum Montebello's pediatric office is the best! Dr. Rosado and the nursing staff there is incredible. Mayra really puts my mama medical questions and nerves at ease. Ana was so sweet and gave my child stickers after the appointment. The waiting room even has a kids table and a kids channel on the TV while we waited although the weight was not very long at all. As soon as my child sat down, and we were already called in. They recently did some renovating and switching of spaces. This was a great clinic with happy staff and excellent phone and message systems when it was Health Care Partners.I have been trying to contact my doctor or his assistant since Tuesday (today is Friday). I sent a message through the patient portal to my primary doctor, and I know he didn't get it! Because this is not the first time I do it and the way the patient portal is program probably the message goes to someone else first and then to the Doctor, I know Doctor Chien for long time and I know he is not getting any messages tranfer to him I know how he cares for his patients.
