They also have CT scans at the same location, which was very convenient. Everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. We really appreciated the prompt and professional care.
On 8/5/26 at approximately 11:00 am I took my mother to the Kaiser Urgent Care facility in Pasadena for extreme knee pain. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with empathy, respect, and kindness. The employee at the kiosk was truly an angel. Without us asking, she immediately assisted us and made the check-in process quick and easy. Overall, we found employees to be very helpful and kind. We also appreciated the free parking. Thank you!
Dr.Mark Hoffman was a gem. He actually listened and felt concerned, actually read through my chart , when I came into urgent care. Most doctors in kaiser and ive seen a lot over the years lack empathy and brush you off like a number with no real solution. He was detailed and had great bedside manner. We need more doctors like him at Kaiser. One of the best. The only reason I put a 4 star is due to the one nurse rushing to leave her shift shouting about it across the emergency room, regardless of my head pain, more concerned with soccer, she also didnt answer my questions pertaining to poking multiple holes to get the ivy in.
