I don't know what is going on in this place anymore it used to be really good but now you can never get through on the phones they never returned calls it takes weeks to see a doctor if not longer and also my Pharmacy can never ever reach you guys

Dr. Adelaide Willis is the best professional doctor of this medical office. I have been going to her for many years and she is caring, supportive and the epitome of professionalism when it comes to your health and any issues. She listens and communicates with you making you feel heard, comfortable and at ease. I see all the negative reviews for this medical officer, however, I have never had an issue with this medical office. Yes, at times it is difficult to get anyone on the phone, but I always get through. Yadira, the phone operator/receptionist is the the best. She really is pleasant and works with you to make or reschedule appointments.
