I had previously gone to the concentra in El Monte and had a horrible experience, so I decided to go to another. Woah! What a difference! The front ladies were so polite and happy! They had several people but the wait wasn't too long. The nurses were kind and efficient. I was in and out. I think it took me longer to drive there than to get my stuff done for work.
From the front desk to the back office all nursing and Dr.staff were great, they were very understanding and made it easy to explain my situation which is very important. The help and hospitality was comforting and goes a long way in their industry.
As usual Concentra took along time. This was my first visit to this particular Conentra clinic and i must say it was by far the best. Once I got admitted to a patient room it was very good and fast. The doctor was the best I've had yet. Will be visiting this clinic when I need to return.
