Urgent care doesn't have radiology tech onsite. One is on call. Check in is done via Phresia. Annoying and confusing for some patients who do not understand the advertising /marketing process. When you're sick, the last thing you want to do is be solicited by drug companies. PIH must be getting kickbacks for this scam. Care is okay but must make more improvements.

I wasn't feeling well at all but Daisy took my vitals and made me feel so comfortable! She made my visit go so smooth. Especially in pain I couldn't believe it!!! Thank you Daisy and staff!!!

Brought my mom in she was feeling well. Front desk, Nurses and Dr. Are all amazing. True professionals. My mom was in and out very quickly. And she is now on the road to recovery. Added convience this place I'd just a few blocks from home.
