1845 Iron Point Rd Ste 180, Folsom“Michael creates individual exercise programs that far surpass Physical Therapy for chronic back pain. After 7 months of treatment, I’m about 60% improved. That’s significantly better than 0% improvement over 40 years with 15 different Physical Therapists. Furthermore, Michael is always available to monitor and switch exercises that are not helping. I’ve referred 3 others to him, one being my wife. I highly recommend him.“

350 Palladio Pkwy Suite 1975, Folsom“My husband booked me a Facial and Massage for Mother's Day. The duration was both 60 minutes each. I had the Facial first. I think her name was Jennifer and she was awesome! My mother-in-law told me my skin was glowing and my complexion looked so good and smooth afterwards. I had a lot of congestion and she removed a lot of impurities in my skin. My skin was so smooth afterwards. She wore gloves and also put my hair back in a towel. It was a little different from what I am used to with the steam in my face, but it felt nice and very cooling on a hot summer day. She left to see if there was enough time to do one more thing before my next appointment. When she returned, she asked if she could trim my eyebrows. I didn't mind. Then she applied some serums and creams to refine my pores. It was so relaxing and I felt so nice and rejuvenated afterwards. She escorted me back to the waiting area until my next appointment for my massage. I waited maybe about 7 minutes after my facial appointment. I had such a great experience with Jennifer and was so excited for my next treatment. When i completed the form on the tablet initially, i mentioned in detail my problem areas like how the hostess said the mention. I again, mentioned to my masseuse about my problem areas before she began. I forgot what her name was, but it seemed like she was very new. She couldn't figure out the lighting in the room, didn't focus in the areas we spoke about beforehand. She kept apologizing for things... the pressure was very light for me and I mentioned she could apply more. She did for a little bit and then went back to light pressure again. Bummer. At the end, she mentioned that I should've told her about my lower back pain. All in all, it was a beautiful place. I think I would just come back for the facial only. I feel like the front desk needs to communicate better with the therapists and aestheticians about each appointment that is scheduled. Maybe have a team huddle before they open or something. It was Mother's Day so I guess it was a busy day for them. My friend's husband paid in full beforehand for her treatment, but the manager didn't communicate that with the receptionist either, so she had to call the manager to confirm. Other than the miscommunication, this place has potential.“

“How does one properly phrase one of the best overall experiences of your life? We humans spend a lot of time over a lifetime doing different things that interest us, help us, and sometimes harm us. Yoga6 is by far one of the best experiences of my short 53 years on the planet. I won't go into all my adventures and misadventures, but I will tell you about this school. Aside from perfect cleanliness, great schedules, and exceptional staff, there is more that even includes other members; they are the best. There are multiple classes you can take; I cannot say I have taken a wide variety, but I stick to the class that does the most for me, mind and body. I recently achieved 60 classes, which is a small milestone they celebrate at Yoga6 and more as you continue your journey. I have taken yoga in the past, in different styles and locations, and nothing comes close to their level of excellence. Michelle, the owner, is an example of how a great thing requires greatness at the top. Back when I was searching for a new studio, she called me back as I had inquired before they opened. I asked a lot of questions, and I needed specifics for what I wanted out of a studio; she answered all of them and was uncommonly kind, realizing what I needed as my wife was recovering from a bone marrow transplant. The instructors are simply the best teachers I have ever had. Since I stick now to one class specifically, I have had many classes with many teachers, and it is always a different experience regardless of who is leading. Even more so, having the same instructor is still always a distinct experience; nothing stays the same, and you will not fall into a rut. Cassey, Jamie, Jess, Jill, and Phoebe are all superstars. It is like an all-star lineup. Each is unique and learned in their personal style and ways while never deviating from the practice, assuring continuity. So, for myself, this has been one of the best choices of my life. I feel better with every class. Years of scar tissue and inflexibility by life and surgeries slowly melt away with continued effort and the welcoming atmosphere of Yoga6 and my teachers. Namaste.“
