Called for service on a leaky mini split head, I feared a really expensive repair. It was a simple fix that cost little. Jesus Ulloa was the service technician. He had to go into my closet to trace the drain line which caused us to have to move things off shelves and to make room for a step ladder. Jesus was very protective of my clothing and furniture. One diagnostic procedures involved opening the drain line and adding water to see if the line was the problem. He was ready with towels in case any water leaked. He was very careful during all the testing. And he was very thorough in his methods. There could have been multiple failures causing the leak and he checked each one. The unit is working great now and my room is back to a comfortable temperature. I should point out the room was 90 degrees as he worked but he handled this well. Very glad i called Hassler for this problem, fast fix, reasonable charge.
Jesus was excellent, found a rodent problem that I and others had not found. I have a serious medical condition and heat worsens some treatment side effects. Jesus expedited the repair and was able to get the A/C working today, a big deal. He handled unexpected events perfectly and is a great Hasller rep.
