I’ve been going to this yoga studio of and on for about 2 years. I’ve been to every Bikram yoga studio in San Diego and although they are all pretty good, this studio is my absolute favorite. The studio is maintained clean and tidy, the staff and fellow yogis are all very welcoming, and the owner and studio stays true to the practice.Even though the dialogue is the same during each class each yoga instructor offers their own special touch which I enjoy. This is the only true 26 & 2 hot yoga studio in San Diego that has a parking lot WITH available parking. It is perfectly set up to book your exact time and spot in the room online - there is a confirmation email that goes out with a ton of information once you book your class so you know exactly what to expect. Good for people with intense anxiety like me to know. It is so intimidating to go to these classes for the first time especially - but you will be met with compassion and empathy. Not sure what made me think about doing hot yoga if I've never done it before but I'm glad i did and that Sonia was my instructor she welcomed me and told me how to get around immediately making me feel welcomed and not shy that i was new to it all.. loved how she guided me though the process helping me pull though.. i have a hard time thinking i can keep up with everyone and im glad that Sonia was aware that i was pushing myself to the extent of no longer being safe and reminded me to take a breather and was so attentive to my safety first even though i was very upset i couldn't keep up she reassured me I did great for my first time.
