“We initially had a different company come out to do the plumbing a few years back, and they ended up leaving a hodgepodge of PEX and copper piping in our wall. They couldn't solder to save themselves, so they kept on cutting the supply line out of the slab shorter and shorter, until they eventually had to resort to PEX using Sharkbite connectors. I reached out to see anyone can do a quick replacement with copper tubing, and Edy from E-Drains was the first to respond. He came out same day (Friday) to take a look. Monday late AM, Edy and Rey came out and the pipe was fully upgraded to copper within few hours. The short pipe out of the slab proved challenging, but their ingenuity and craftsmanship proved far superior than my first company! Recommend anyone with need for honest and quality plumbing service.“

He even went above and beyond after repairing my valve issue by examining my water heater that had shut off suddenly during my plumbing emergency. He ensured I had hot water before he left my home, which hasn't always been the case for other plumbing situations I've encountered within my property. “Superior service. Water heaters are always a short-fused problem so when Mike said he could have it done in a couple of hours, we had him start as soon as possible. He arrived on time and started right into the task.
