Found Haven on yelp. They had great reviews and I have to agree, they are really good at what they do. Whole house HVAC install. 2200 sq feet. Total replace including all duct work. They completed the work in 2 days. I was happily amazed at the professionalism, showing up on time and the quality of work. Glad I chose them.
This type of problem with ducts is not pleasant to have and Haven Co. made it as easy as possible. Starting with the wonderful Ike who explained everything perfectly and was not pushy as some other companies were, he made it a pleasure talking with him. these heating problems made me so worried and he completely made it easy and light. The front lady at the phone was very nice and the two young installers were incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled and kind, and they kept my place so wonderful clean all during the whole dirty work. We had a 60+ year old furnace; the house original. We thought we had better get it serviced as it was running poorly. Our neighbor referred us to Haven. Matthew at the office set up an appointment for the very next day. The first to come out was Sean. He inspected and cleaned the old thing. My husband reported that it was dirtiest innards he had seen in a very long time. Sean said that it was "rusty" and inefficient which is why it is running so long to heat the house just a little bit. The unit heat was way hotter than the temp being blown into the house, and there was a crack that would allow co1 to be blown into the house which, of course, is very unsafe!
