The customer service my mother and I received was beyond expectations. Kelly was so nice and helpful on the phone. Riz, the serviceman who came to the house was incredibly thorough, patient, nice, friendly, and so smart and HONEST, we were amazed how he explained everything so clearly. Without hesitation, I would recommend Air Concepts Air Conditioning and Heating for all your needs. No doubt about it. We would not even bother getting another estimate from another company.

Air Concepts came out yesterday for our furnace routine maintenance. It’s always a great experience with knowledgeable technicians who show up on time, show respect for our property and always very personable. Normally we request Mark Simms but he was busy and so Ruiz Fazll came in his place. Both of these guys are excellent.
