Victor, our tech, came out and did a full rejuvenation on our unit and went above and beyond! Our unit is old (AC 2006 and furnace 1986) and he did an excellent job really tuning it up to help us utilize all the life in it. As we are on borrowed time, he did his best to ensure we are maximizing our unit until we can’t anymore. He thoroughly cleaned our unit and wasn’t too sales-y which for us, is a major turn off. We are going through some major home renos due to previous undisclosed issues which has been a major financial setback so having Victor be awesome and not push beyond what was absolutely necessary was extremely appreciated.
