Of course my AC unit failed during the peak heat season of the year! I setup an appointment with Goldbaum’s yesterday. They were quick to respond and setup a service call for today. The technician was Omar and was on time and got our unit back up and running. I was not home, but my wife said he was professional, informative, and honest - all traits that I truly appreciate in a service provider.
The recommendation is to look at investing in a new system since this one is from the early 90’s - yikes!

I have been using Goldbaum's for the last 5 or so years and I have never had a bad experience. Eric and Daniel showed up on time, got right to work and were done in about an hour. They did a Maint. check on my AC system and end up replacing the pump.
Excellent customer service, quality work, detailed explanations and competitive pricing. Victor and his team were very patient with troubleshooting and finding a solution to minimize noise after installation of our new system.
