I have had the system installed for 10 months now. Below is my experience with West Coast Energy.I received a few quotes to get a heat pump installed. One was from a Costco vendor, the other based on a google search. West Coast Energy was my last quote. They were the most reasonable and had the most straight forward pricing out of the three I dealt with. The other quotes were layered with rebates and incentives, high pressure sales where discounts would be gone if I didn't act quickly. WCE installed a new heat pump system for us a little over 2 years ago and did a great job. 2 days ago, on the hottest day in a long time, our thermostat broke. I called right at 8am and a tech was at the house by 12:30. He needed to order a part and returned the next day with a new and better thermostat. The best part, it was all covered under warranty. This is an A+ company that stands by their workmanship and their product.

These guys are the best. They've been servicing our a/c for several years. Today, for an example, Joe came promptly at 11. We had already purchased filters so he inspected everything and gave us a clean bill of health! Their prices are fair and reasonable. Patty in the office is great, too. I highly recommend them.
