And after trying several different studios, I will say BE Fit has been my favorite and I’ve been a regular for the past few months. I appreciate how challenging the routines are and the wide availability of classes from early morning to late evening.
One flag is that this studio may be hard for beginners. I know other studios have intro classes or “basic” classes for folks to get familiar with the megaformer & the moves. If you’re trying modern pilates for the first time, I highly recommend following the studio’s guidelines to come early so that you have ample review time with the instructor.“

18682 Beach Blvd Suite 130, Huntington Beach“Sandie Justin was my therapist at California therapy solutions where I went for hip pain. I was scheduled for a steroid injection and possible surgery. But after only 3 sessions with sandie and her team I was able to cancel the injection and forget about surgery. I would highly recommend Sandie and her team.

The class size was small, which allowed individualized attention and closeness. The yoga practice itself was amazing. I'm currently a freshman in college so I can only come back during my school breaks so the weekly unlimited plan works out so perfectly for me! I mainly go to the IHP classes and can say that all of the instructors genuinely care about you and want to see you be comfortable and improve! As a newcomer, the community is so supportive and can constantly see people congratulate others after a hard workout!!“

Buena Park“I don't know why it took me so long to write a review but here we go. When I first came to Movement, I had been struggling with lower back pain for TWO YEARS. The back pain didn't just reside in my back- it also went down to my left thigh and foot too. I had tried everything from acupuncture, chiropractor, and home stretching but nothing worked and I thought I just had to live like this for the rest of my life. Then one day one of my friends who also struggled with back pain told me that she took one on one classes at Movement and it changed her life and she literally wrote an essay telling me why I need to do it too. I was happy for her but I honestly didn't have high hopes for me but at that point I was down to try anything. I went to my first class and they told me to tell them all the places I had pain and they did an overall assessment of my posture. That began my journey at Movement. I really don't remember at what point this happened but after taking like 20 classes, one day, I noticed that my back pain was gone :O It was literally a miracle. After two years of feeling hopeless over sciatica pain, Pilates cured me. I took one on one classes with lots of different instructors and they were all great but I want to give a special shoutout to my main instructor, Sungeun. She is soooooo passionate about making sure her students are actually benefiting from her classes so she makes sureeeeee that your form is perrrfect. She also stretched me out a lot but do not be fooled by the word, "stretch," and think stretching is no big deal. I would literally scream during class cause those stretches were so painful cause I have zero flexibility but no pain no gain I guess because I'm sooo certain that those stretches are one of the biggest reasons I can say I am pain free today. She is tough on you but in the best way possible! Sungeun 쌤 if you're reading this, you're the best If any of you are struggling with back pain I cannot recommend this place more. I have brought like five friends to this place because I wouldn't stop talking about this it and all my friends loved it too! Yes, the one on one classes are a bit pricey, however, I would rather pay to keep myself healthy now than pay tens of thousands of dollars for back surgery later in the future. If you are on the fence about going here and you're reading my review please do yourself a favor and sign up!!!“

3860 Worsham Ave #310, Long Beach“I love my RA yoga family. I’ve taken most of all the regular teachers and they’re all great and their own beautiful way! I’ve been at this studio for about two years and have tried other places, but nothing compares to the welcoming family like environment I feel at this studio. I am challenged to build mental and physical strength in every class. There’s always a class to suit my needs for how I feel that day physically and mentally. Some of my favorite instructors are Karen, Bobby, Marisa, Bridge, Christine, Rebecca, Aubrey, Corey, and Jill. The front desk staff make it that much more home like because they’re friendly, personable, and very helpful. Shout out to Leslie, Alisha, Jonah, Matthew, Azalea, Isabel, and Kehlani.“

641 S Palm St, La Habra“I attended the Reformer Foundations class with Aaliyah as the instructor, and it was a fantastic foundations class getting used to the reformer. The class size was 7 people, which is very ideal in order for the instructor to help the students with proper form, placement, and cater to the student's individual needs. Aaliyah was very helpful to me and led a great class! I experienced a refreshing work out that also challenged my body in a positive way. The studio is very clean and well-kept. Towards the end of class, the instructor hands out individual cleaning wipes to sanitize the equipments used. I highly recommend this studio and to anyone interested in doing Pilates.“

I had always been curious about Pilates and fortunately saw an ad for a free class from LA Pilates (as well as other local studios). I tried them all but fell in love with LA Pilates. I like the capabilities of the style of reformer they use and the variety of classes they offer. Since I began my journey two years ago, I've worked out at each of their locations and tried every type of class. This is the most intimate studios of their four locations. Don't be shy! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I can confidently say I am the fittest I've been since my teen days of playing sports! And I am constantly amazed and excited to experience how strong I am. I appreciate that each instructor has their own style and that the classes consist of folks from all different fitness levels. If you've ever been curious, whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, I highly recommend taking classes at LA Pilates!“
