I wish there was a studio like this near my house! I was traveling from out of town, just sprained my foot and needed something low impact to keep me active during the week. When I saw other reviews noting the classical pilates style, I knew I had to give Romana's studio a try and scheduled a few 1:1 sessions and one group reformer class. This studio's style is so meticulous and considered. For every exercise, I was reminded of where/how certain body parts should be positioned and often manually realigned (at my consent). I absolutely love Haus of Pilates! The instructors are knowledgeable and the workouts are challenging in the best way. It has a homelike feel because it's so small and the instructors do a great job of getting to know you and help you improve your form. It's super clean and they offer both reformer and mat classes. It's part of my weekly ritual which I adore - can't recommend it more!

This is one of my very first Mat Pilates classes, the detailed instruction given by Romana Ayers was nothing short of incredible. I had expressed my back injury at the beginning of class and she payed attention to detail throughout the class to ensure I was okay. I will be back soon.
