Ra Yoga Long Beach

I love the Hot Ra classes. The class led by Aubrey is great if you prefer silence during your practice. I appreciate that Aubrey doesn't play music during the session, because it allowed me to sort of meditate during the practice, which felt more pure and restorative. The rooms seem to be soundproof because I don't hear anything from outside. There are reserved seats so that you don't feel overcrowded, and ambient lighting that instructors can control. The radian heat makes your body feel warm but not too hot, just perfect to get a good invigorating sweat. Highly recommend Ra Yoga!

I have been to a few classes at Ra. I was pleasantly surprised by the different classes available here. They offer a lot of fitness classes in addition to traditional yoga, which I appreciate! It has been fun challenging myself.

I love this place! I purchased an unlimited essential membership after my 2 week trial because I enjoyed it THAT much. I've been coming here for over a year now and have had a great experience with many of the instructors. My favorites are Amber- she's super sweet and does sensual flows that have helped me feel in touch with my own body while getting a super fulfilling work out and Karen- Again, really sweet and insightful, absolutely love her level 2 classes as they are challenging mentally and physically.
