I love this place and have been going on and off for years. It is a great studio for a mix of hot yoga, Bikram, and hot Pilates. It’s a good place if you want variety.
    The staff is nice.

The only drawback is the instructor manages the front desk check in. They lock the door once the class starts. You cannot be late and it is a missed class on your record.

Took a Bikram Yoga class with Margaret, the class is definitely more on the intermediate/advanced side, so be prepared. Like others stated the teaching style is a bit different, but overall I have no complaints. Also the HEATER is on, so if you’re not used to it be sure to bring ALOT of water

I've only taken two yoga classes at this studio so far, one with Kristine and one with Hobey. They were both Bikram yoga. I really enjoyed the class styles. Compared to other hot yoga studios, this Bikram class really does feel original. No music, just movement guided by the teacher. The teachers were really attentive to correcting my form, and Hobey even remembered my name after only meeting the first time. The 60 minute Bikram class moves fast, fitting in each posture twice, but I like how it makes the time go by and I feel I get the most out of the session.
