Love coming here for reformer Pilates. Always feel so comfortable and Beth is the best. She takes her time helping to make sure your form is good and everyone is there just to have a good time and get in a killer workout.

Fantastic class with a fantastic instructor. Warm, calming, lots of focus on building our foundations and essentially “real” Pilates. It gave “Your cool aunt in the 90s teaching you Pilates” not “hip Lagree/cardio-lates” which was perfect because I am all about that.
I spend a quarter of my year in this area so I’m slowly trying all the Pilates studios to see which will be my home away from home, and this one seems like a top contender. If you want a short HIIT style class keep moving, if you want sustainable strength you keep for life, this is you.
She also gave heaps of modifications and made sure everyone was in proper form.

This is my favorite Pilates studio. It’s right down the street from my old high school.
The equipment is always clean. My instructor Beth is great! 😊 I had her 2 times as an instructor. The ambiance is peaceful and zen. I like they the lights are dim.
Rosalinda is also super nice! 😊
I encourage you to take one of the classes they offer.
My favorite class is the reformer Pilates class.
