This review is for Ann (Yoga Instructor), from my aunt Sandra who would like to give her a shout out for being such an amazing Yoga Instructor. Ann is a very knowledgeable individual in her line of work and really knows her stuff. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she also has an amazing personality and really cares about her students/clients and cares about their well being and results that come from taking her class. I take private Pilates Classes with Wendy and she is an amazing instructor! I started feeling better and had an expanded range of motion within the first 2 weeks. Before I started with Wendy I had aches and pain all over my body. I could barely get up if I bent down to pick something up. Now I rarely have aches and I can get up easily if I have to pick something up - a huge improvement. Super-clean facility. Easy scheduling. This is what I'm doing to take care of myself during these stressful times and I highly recommend that everyone do the same. Balanced Energy Studios has Pilates, Yoga, Meditation Classes and more.
