I had my first pilates session here and it was such a wonderful experience. I went in April and now I am a regular goer every week! The instructors here are very educated, informative, sweet, and lovely. I love that they provide an individualized and customizable experience for their clients. It is beginner friendly or challenging for experienced users. 10/10 recommend and it is a beautiful studio!

I've been coming here for about 9 months now and I only have great things to comment about this place. I've been struggling with bad posture and neck pain (office syndrom) for awhile and it has improved so much since coming here. Instructor JooYeon has been so patient and customizing the movements to fit my level while giving challenges in between to help me improve. All the instructors here are sweet and really care about their students. Facility is clean, and lots of parking spaces. Highly recommend this place!!

Started about 9 months ago, and I can already see the change in my posture. I get sessions with JooYeon and her knowledge of body and muscles helps me understand how to use my body in each position so much. She doesn't forget to challenge me each session to help me improve. She is so patient and professional! I highly recommend and you will definitely get the best pilates sessions in OC at Movement Pilates.
