I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at Yoga six La Habra, Sara Brady is welcoming, positive, fun, and I loved her sequence! She's a fantastic teacher, and I was so happy to start my day with her class. I can't wait to go back! Awesome workout mind, body, and soul!
