“It is always worrisome when we try a repair service for the first time, but my worries were completely unfounded. The knob on my washer broke off and I called in the afternoon for same day service. “Wow! I didn’t know that service this great was still a thing! Jeremiah was our technician who came out to fix our ac - our fan had stopped blowing.
He quickly discovered that our unit, which is in our attic, had not been properly installed and remedied the drainage situation we were experiencing. He worked quickly, shared photos of the problem areas and was so pleasant to have in our home.
