Had our heat go out and our home warranty policy required using this company. They were great - scheduled us that day and had the parts with them and got us back up immediately. The technician was very knowledgeable about our old unit. Will definitely use them for regular maintenance of our system.
Had problems with my AC system icing over, so I contacted my home warranty company. The 1st guy they sent out tried to determine if the drain was clogged (it wasn’t and I told him that I had already checked). He said “can’t find anything wrong and system seems to be working). So I went about my business, until 2 days later water began leaking thru my ceiling below the AC unit. I was absolutely livid.
I contacted the Home Warranty company and told them that the AC needs to be repaired, and what happened. They immediately tried to send the same company. I told them “NO I want someone else. ____ is incompetent!”
