Not sure what's up with the negative reviews for this business. I bought a house and used the home warranty company to fix a blower motor that went out. Dan came out immediately, diagnosed the problem accurately, and had my heater fixed on the same day I called the warranty company. I talked to him about my homes HVAC system and I could tell he's knowledgeable within his field. He also seemed like a really nice guy. I'd use this company again.
I had a great experience. My blower fan was stuck on for days, and even though it corrected itself over the weekend, the tech was able to diagnose and swap the relay, plus detect and replace a weak capacitor before it became an issue. This was under a home warranty plan. Friendly fast communicative and knowledgeable. Would recommend
