I paid over $33,000 for solar panels and a monitoring system in 2021. The panels work fine, but the monitoring system has never worked more than 2 days at a time. I have been unable to get any help reconnecting it. Once they get the payments, consumer service is nonexistent.

Outstanding service overall, I told them what I wanted in a system the they handled it from there, design, permits, installs, came out to help me start up moitoring. The office staff kept the project up to date and going, kept me informed, and were always available for questions. Great overall service
