Although we didn’t have to hire Vitaly for an HVAC project, we were extremely impressed with his extensive knowledge and honest advice (especially as he wasn’t obligated to share it with us!) We asked him to check out our HVAC system as we were experiencing poor air quality in our house and investigating its source. (We suspected air leaks from the attic and/or air ducts.) Vitaliy with Vital Comfort is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. He is professional and takes pride in his work. I needed to replace my a/c system because it stopped working and decided to switch from gas to an electric heat pump system. I was able to take advantage of SMUD's rebate for replacing the a/c and gas furnace HVAC with a multi-stage electric heat pump HVAC. He took care of all the paperwork and made the whole process seamless. He was the most affordable out of the 5 estimates I received.
