I literally had no postoperative pain or discomfort. I never imagined I'd need Dr Jed's care until I was involved in RV accident and lost my left eye. The accident was out of state. my repair out of state was less than good. i was so anxious and uncomfortable until I met Dr Jed. (the 3rd Oculoplasty surgeon I consulted with). Dr Jed calmed and charmed me with his very easy and unique approach. The office staff (Jodie especially) are all business and expert and worked with me to schedule appointments as I live a distance from the office. I'm thrilled to say I'm whole again, no pain, and adjusting to my monocular status. Dr Jed I is a lovely human being and I'm happy to recommend him for your needs.“

Although the technician who did my eye exam didn’t give me all the information I needed while wearing lenses, instead they told me to look it up on YouTube, which I can understand since it was closing time. The staff member who assisted me later, Dejoun, did a really great job and was very friendly though. He explained all the options and suggested the most affordable contacts for my prescription. I even came back the next day with my sibling for her contact lenses too.“

Ty helped me find frames that I liked and got me a little out of my comfort zone (not too much though - lol) AND Ty and her team were helpful in making a final selection. She was very straightforward and told me it would be about two weeks before they were ready - which was no issue at all. Very reasonably priced too for what glasses have become. The store was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but there is plenty of parking just next to them at Total Wine. I was in and out in less than an hour.“
