First good eye exam I’ve had in a very long time. I am a medical patient and I normally get subpar treatment because of that but the optometrist at this Citrus Heights sunrise location was very thorough and helped me to understand what it was. She was looking for and broke down every exam so that I could understand it. The sales team was not super pushy although they were trying to upsell me they did not. Get frustrated before she relented. Honestly, if the sales people had been pushy, it would’ve ruined the whole experience for me. I was so happy with my visit.
Dr Murphy is a professional who knows his field. His advice of how to apply medication, is very helpful. He is friendly and warm talking person.
