Excellent eye care. Plus, they have always been on time and ready for me at my scheduled time. You have plenty of time in front of the doctor to state any concerns or questions you may have. My experience has been, that Dr Palmer has never judged and would take the time necessary to ensure I was comfortable or content with the explanation.

This was my first visit to the midtown location, however I've utilized the Folsom office for years. Very pleased with all the staff I've encountered over the years. Excellent eye care.

Update: My Rx wasn't right and they adjusted the lenses a couple times, which by the end felt like they were "eyeballing" it. I was bummed with the results, but have learned to wear them as they are. Overall, they were willing to work with me and had a nice selection and good customer service.
