There was an issue with payment (not on my end) but was quickly fixed took a little bit longer for my order to come but it was understandable. Staff was professional. She communicated throughout the wait. As soon as I got an email that my order was delivered my phone rang it was staff informing me that my order is ready for pickup. I appreciate the communication. “I had such a good experience here! I have a very difficult time finding glasses that don't look bad on me. I've used Target, Kaiser, and Costco in the past and even though I always picked the best ones I could find, I was never happy with the glasses I ended up with. The selection here far surpasses the others. I couldn't believe how many options I had to choose from! The customer service was amazing and my glasses arrived in less than a week. “Carolyn was great. I walked in thinking I needed to return my second pair of glasses because they didn't fit my face properly. She waved us over and knew exactly how to fix my issues after assessing how they sat on my face. She did further adjustments after a few comments I made and I was stunned. They fit perfectly to my face. She then adjusted my other pair after noticing I wore ear hooks to keep them from sliding down my face. This whole time I thought it was inevitable since my lenses are so thick, no, that's not the case. They were just never adjusted to my face properly. She made adjustments to much husbands glasses as well and we both walked away saying she knows what she's doing and she's doing it well. There's adjusting glasses and there's adjusting to people's specific facial features so they sit properly which is what she's doing.“

“The eye exam and selecting glasses were a great experience. I had no issues related to my eyes and I like the brand of eyewear in the office. I like Nike in general, shoes and clothes, and try to get Nike glasses with my prescription. I was surprised to see them here. I got a pair of regular eyeglasses and sunglasses I like a lot.“

“One of the best optometrists in Folsom. She is honest and very thorough in eye exams and gives an accurate diagnosis of the issues. She caught issues for me including retinal tears and referred me to a specialist to fix the issue right away. I would highly recommend her for either a routine eye exam or for checking on any issues.“
