“The customer service was amazing. I didn’t feel rushed when picking out a pair of glasses. I did have an issue with the glasses that arrived but it was resolved quickly and even sooner than expected. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn’t given the EOB (explanation of benefits) until after I paid and even then it was emailed to me not printed out. It would have been nice to see what I was paying for each category and ask questions before I paid. After seeing the cost of everything I decided against the 1 year warranty. I was easily able to have that refunded when I picked up my glasses.”
