Ty and her team were so good. They were hopping today (Thursday afternoon), and they were handling it like pros with smiles on their faces and plenty of enthusiasm. Ty helped me find frames that I liked and got me a little out of my comfort zone (not too much though - lol) AND Ty and her team were helpful in making a final selection. She was very straightforward and told me it would be about two weeks before they were ready - which was no issue at all. Very reasonably priced too for what glasses have become. The store was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but there is plenty of parking just next to them at Total Wine. I was in and out in less...read full review

The arm of my glasses broke off and I couldn’t find the screw, so I went here for a repair. I was helped immediately, and the repair was done free of charge. The ladies working there were also very nice, so I definitely recommend going here if you need a repair done!

My original experience began March 9th

I want to start this by saying this would totally be a 5 star review however. I called in to ask about pricing and things before I scheduled an appointment to come in. Little did I know it was a call center…. There is a promotion going on $289 for bio true it’s a 6 month supply plus exam. I have an astigmatism so I knew there would be additional fees due to that.
