I had a fantastic experience with my optometrist at Eye Design. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the optometrist was thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend them for eye care needs. I love the diversity with the staff!!

Excited to get glasses- first time in my life, after two attempts the company still couldn't get my prescription right. After all that, also did not get 100% money back. Just may not work for everyone. Friendly service.

The customer service here has been top tier as of late. The last time I came in (early august). I was assisted by Janae , she is super helpful, her energy is ON POINT and you can tell that she truly enjoys the work that she does and that she cares about her patients. I appreciated how informed she was and how patient she was. When it came time to select my glasses I was assisted by Amber. I truly appreciated her patience in this process as I can be a little indecisive. She assisted me in finding a pair of frames that fit my face correctly and were within my budget. Thank you all for making my process smooth.
