I came here for my first pair of contact lenses. The overall service was great. Although the technician who did my eye exam didn’t give me all the information I needed while wearing lenses, instead they told me to look it up on YouTube, which I can understand since it was closing time. The staff member who assisted me later, Dejoun, did a really great job and was very friendly though. He explained all the options and suggested the most affordable contacts for my prescription. I even came back the next day with my sibling for her contact lenses too.
I LOVED my experience here. My friend recommended them after she got great service and the cutest hot pink metal frames. I came in looking for glasses and contacts. They had an assortment of frames to choose from. It was cheaper to buy two frames and contacts here than buying only my contacts alone online.
They also give you 30 days to feel out if your glasses/contacts work for you or not. My first prescription didn’t work for me and it took a while for my brain to get used to it, but even after 3 weeks, they checked out my eyes again and made sure there was nothing weird going on. I went on my birthday to get glasses,(birthday treat) I needed them really bad and unfortunately medical dose not pay for prescription glasses unless you are under age or elder. I really had a great experience, yes I did wait a little but not to long for my appointment, I don't remember names but the girl doing the vision check was great and very nice. The gentleman who helped us after the exam was so much appreciated, so kind and stayed cool when someone who doesn't wear glasses started asking in a rude manner why so much it seems like a scam.
