“Ty and her team were so good. They were hopping today (Thursday afternoon), and they were handling it like pros with smiles on their faces and plenty of enthusiasm. Ty helped me find frames that I liked and got me a little out of my comfort zone (not too much though - lol) AND Ty and her team were helpful in making a final selection. She was very straightforward and told me it would be about two weeks before they were ready - which was no issue at all. Very reasonably priced too for what glasses have become. The store was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but there is plenty of parking just next to them at Total Wine. I was in and out in less than an hour.“

“The eye exam and selecting glasses were a great experience. I had no issues related to my eyes and I like the brand of eyewear in the office. I like Nike in general, shoes and clothes, and try to get Nike glasses with my prescription. I was surprised to see them here. I got a pair of regular eyeglasses and sunglasses I like a lot.“

I had already used my VSP benefit however my prescription change from a surgery. I wanted to make sure so I paid out of pocket to see one of the ophthalmologists. “I’ve been going here for about three years now and Dr. Concepcion is so sweet and her office staff is consistent and super nice as well. You get in and out fast but I never feel like I’m being rushed out, she answers all my questions and seems to really care and she also has caught really small changes in my vision that could potentially be causing issues for me. I also don’t feel like I’m being robbed (self pay) they’re super transparent about pricing and it is very reasonable.“

She caught issues for me including retinal tears and referred me to a specialist to fix the issue right away. I would highly recommend her for either a routine eye exam or for checking on any issues.“
