I came to Granite Pointe Eye Care to see Dr. Randall Fuerst. The office staff was professional and friendly, great customer service. I took off a star because I waited an hour after my scheduled appt. I already have another appt for my yearly checkup.
Beautiful building and even nicer inside. They treat you like royalty inside some beautiful surroundings. The selection of frames is immense and all designers are represented well. Highly recommend this practice! Back in the office today for a routine eye exam. The staff was super accommodating. They offered me water, tea or juice. The Doctors staff was friendly and made light conversation and even laughed at my dad jokes. Checking out was a pleasure as well as we discussed my options and some other work I was looking to have done. Again I would highly recommend this provider for your vision needs.
