I have been here for multiple vision and eye care exams. The doctors have all had a good bedside manner and appeared competent and professional. One thing I didn’t like is that I have been there four times and each time I saw a different doctor. But they were all good.As for the sales side, I looked at frames today and received good service. When I said I wanted to think about it, I did not feel any pressure.

Really clean, Nice staff. Glasses selection all really nice and the Optometrist was very kind and explained things very well for me during my exam. Building hard to find from Google Maps but not thier falt.

I have always had a great experience here, from walking in to exams and getting the right contact fit, they've been great. But this year, I left 3 voicemails without a return call and then finally talked to a representative who let me know they would look into my contact order request and call me back, and then never did. I've since ordered my contacts with another office who I will now direct my business too. Doctor Pham was incredible and I'm truly sad to move my yearly care to another office, as I will miss her demeanor and thoughtful nature, I just feel like once I walked out of the door - the customer service plummeted.
