Dr. Kenji is an incredible optometrist. He is smart, detailed, methodical and always on top of latest technology. We had a bit of emergency when my daughter’s only glasses were accidentally stepped on by another kid. We needed an urgent appointment because her prescription was just a bit out of date. He managed to squeeze her in and ordered a new pair to arrive in 2 days. Her prescription isn’t easily filled so going to a 1hr place wasn’t an option. He managed to do all of it with a warm smile, patience and didn’t rush us even though his office was jam packed with patients.
My glasses broke on the airplane here from Maui. Well, the frames bent so they were unusable. Because I’m not from here it was suggested I see what can be done at an optometrist. I walked in here because I was eating breakfast at Los Gatos cafe and right away Ed started working on my glasses. I couldn’t believe he could fix them the arms were practically vertical. But actually now they fit even better! It took him about 5 minutes and he didn’t charge me anything. I knew it was a long shot but clearly Ed was an expert and I’m so thankful.
