This place is a full service experience - testing, doc, frames, lens. Very easy to schedule and staff is super courteous. No hard sell on anything. Lots of selections and brands. Highly recommend - thanks Doc Dinna!
great customer service and care; the entire stuff is very friendly. Ashrah, the owner, is very experienced and competent and knows what works for you. There is no pressuring and honest feedback as it can be difficult finding a frame that is a good fit. Dr. Gaudreau is very friendly, competent and listens well. Ellie was very friendly and patient in answering my follow up questions over the phone. Overall, I am very satisfied and grateful for the experience and highly recommend the store.
This was an excellent experience, with a terrific Optometrist, Dr Lea, who went above and beyond in dealing with my vision idiosyncrasies, finally showing me how the view through the lenses she was prescribing would actually look. The friendly staff all helped me in selecting frames that suited me and my preferences, never showing impatience. Good job.
